Why We Pay More Properties Exists
Peter Bibby Jr. spent more than 20 years in real estate before starting this company with Anthony Rinaldi, and he kept seeing the same thing: a homeowner under pressure gets a low number, a short deadline, and the feeling that there is no other way out. We Pay More Properties was built as the answer to that. A written cash offer, explained line by line, with enough information for you to decide what is right for you—even if that means not selling to us.
That is also where the $10,000 More Guarantee comes from. If another home-buying company gives you a written cash offer, we beat it by at least $10,000. We would rather put a number on the difference than ask you to take our word for it.
How We Work
You call or send the form. One of us talks through the house and your timeline, and if it helps we come by for a quick walkthrough. Within 24–48 hours you have a firm offer in writing, with proof of funds if you want to see it. Take it, leave it, or use it to negotiate with someone else. There is no obligation at any point.
If you accept, you pick the closing date. Seven days works. So does sixty or ninety if you need time to sort out a move, an estate, or a tenant. Every closing happens at a local Rhode Island title company, and we cover the seller-side closing costs, so the number on the offer is the number you walk away with. No commissions, no repairs, no cleaning out the basement first.
What We Won’t Do
We won’t pressure you. We won’t renegotiate the price after you have accepted. We won’t sell your information to anyone—we are the buyer, not a lead-generation site. And we won’t tell you a cash sale is the best move when it isn’t. Some houses should be listed with an agent, and Stephanie’s job is to say so when that is true.
Two offices, in Providence and Cranston. Real people who live here. If you want to see how that plays out before you call, read what Rhode Island sellers have said about working with us below, or look up We Pay More Properties on Google.
